Victor Monteiro is an accounting consultant and entrepreneur based in Timor-Leste. He began his entrepreneurial journey in 2021 and has experience advising businesses across various industries. Since 2022, he has also been teaching accounting, combining practical industry experience with academic insight. Victor holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from Universitas Narotama and Universitas Surabaya, Indonesia, and focuses on strengthening accounting systems and supporting sustainable business growth in Timor-Leste.
